Wheel pose! :)
I tried this a week ago and my arms weren’t able to push my head off the ground. I just tried it again and I succeeded, haha.
This is like a big deal for me. I’m not strong (especially my arms) and not flexable and started doing yoga like 2 weeks ago.
I know it’s not perfect (far from that), but just the fact that my arms were strong enough to push my head off the floor makes me happy.
(and yeah, I wear sweats and a big t-shirt, not really yoga clothes I know :p)
